I bring you greetings from my family.

At the March 2004 council meeting in Columbia MO. I was asked if I would accept the representative at large seat on the council. I accepted the position on the condition that the council be of one mind in asking. They affirmed that they were and I accepted.

There is much to be done.

I now ask the members not residing in an established district their permission to act as representative at large until the position can be properly filled.
